Screen sharing resolves most TallyPrime faults the same working day, and it costs you less than a site visit.

Onsite when it matters

Engineers visit for what needs hands on hardware, dead machines, office cabling, network shares, printer layouts.

What to expect on response

Same-day remote

Requests raised during working hours are normally picked up the same day, Sunday to Thursday and Saturday.

Booked onsite slots

Visits are scheduled into the next available window, with the time confirmed in advance so you are not waiting in.

Priority for blockers

Anything stopping invoicing or a VAT filing jumps ahead of cosmetic work, every time.

AMC or pay per incident

If you are raising support requests more than once in a while, an annual contract usually costs less than paying per call. Our Tally AMC service covers planned remote support, compliance updates and a set number of onsite visits. If your volume does not justify it, we will tell you that too.
