Thank you for choosing tallymena.ae for your TallyPrime license. Our goal is to offer clear, simple, and fair terms that follow UAE customer protection guidelines and Google Merchant Center policy.

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options

🏦 Bank transfer

Since the licence is a digital product, activation details are sent after payment confirmation.

Digital License Delivery

All TallyPrime licences are delivered by email. Once payment is received and verified, the licence will be shared with you.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are allowed only in the following situations.

☑️ Duplicate Payment

If you made a duplicate payment by mistake, a full refund will be issued after verification.

☑️Licence Not Received

If you did not receive your licence within 24 hours after payment confirmation, you may request a refund. Our team will check payment and delivery records before processing.

☑️Wrong Product Purchased

If you bought the wrong TallyPrime edition and the licence has not been activated yet, you can request an exchange for the correct edition.

☑️Activation Error from Our Side

If the licence key we provided is invalid or not working due to our system error, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.

Cases Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer a refund in these cases

✖️Licence has already been activated.

✖️You changed your decision after we delivered the licence.

✖️Issues caused by local system problems on your device.

✖️You requested a refund after activation confirmation in Tally.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are completed within 7 to 15 business days.
Refunds for cash or bank transfer payments are sent back through bank transfer only.

Exchange Policy

Unactivated licences can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
Any price difference will be communicated before the exchange.
